The Delta Institute, Compeer Financial, and Illinois STAR have an exciting program for you! Only 20 landowners will get a FREE appraisal, soil testing, and comprehensive soil health report. The main goal of this program is to factor the measurements of soil health into the farmland valuation process.

ELIGIBILITY INFO

1.Own land in IL, use the STAR tool to get a rating on land being submitted to the program

2.If selected, sign Landowner Contract allowing STAR to share their STAR data with the Delta Institute and appraisers

3. Prioritization to land with multiple years of STAR data, first-come-first-serve
